About the Role
We're looking for a Project Assistant who can be a true swiss army knife - someone who thrives on variety and isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats. This is a unique opportunity to split your time supporting both our Residential and Commercial New Construction teams, giving you broad exposure across the business and a front-row seat to how projects come together from both sides. You'll work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers in each department, providing the administrative backbone that keeps jobs moving - from inspections and job packets to project documentation and day-to-day problem solving.
If you're organized, adaptable, and energized by a role that changes day to day, this is a great way to build a foundation in construction administration with a company that's growing fast and promotes from within.
Compensation:

What You'll Do
  • Receive inspection requests and coordinate with municipalities to schedule inspections for the Residential & Commercial teams
  • Create job folders and packets - print plans and build job packets for Construction Coordinators to complete project takeoffs
  • Track builder portals for required project documents (cabinet plans, appliance specs, spec books) to ensure the field has everything needed to complete projects
  • Assist vendor delivery drivers with directions or access to jobsites as needed
  • Take on miscellaneous projects and duties across the Residential & Commercial Department
  • Provide a flexible, go-to resource for both departments as needs arise

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of office experience preferred (construction experience is not required - we'll teach you the trade side)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, "figure it out" mindset
  • Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities across two busy departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
