We are currently searching for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our Team in our Nashville (Smyrna) Fabrication Shop. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all facets of the operation, from fabrication to installation. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the manufacturing operation. Responsibilities will include ensuring the interviewing, hiring, and training of Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; Addressing complaints and resolving problems both internally and externally with customers. Meeting install schedule deadlines.

This position requires 5-years of experience in a mid-size manufacturing environment. Candidate should have demonstrated experience building positive relationships with teams, leading and supervising manufacturing teams and creating a positive environment to accomplish service to the customer. Granite, Stone, and Building Materials industry is a plus.
