Chez Garoy Construction, tu assureras la gestion intégrale des projets de construction, du démarrage à la livraison finale. C’est un rôle crucial qui unit le client à nos équipes et à nos sous-traitants. Tu verras tes équipes bâtir des hôtels, des multilogements, des concessionnaires automobiles et plusieurs autres bâtiments d’envergure partout dans la ville de Québec et dans les environs.

Ce que tu feras concrètement :

  • Gérer la communication et la relation avec les clients : courriels, suivis, rapports, validation
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner : échéanciers, budgets, travaux, logistique
  • Gérer les fournisseurs et négocier : devis, prix, contrats
  • Gérer les demandes administratives : soumissions, facturation, documents
  • Assurer un suivi technique en participant aux visites et réunions de chantier
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques ou organisationnels
  • Encadrer et soutenir les assistants chargés de projets

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un emploi similaire
  • Permis de conduire valide pour se déplacer sur les chantiers
  • Diplôme en génie civil, architecture, construction ou tout autre domaine connexe (atout)
  • Solide sens de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi administratif
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Excel, logiciels de suivi de chantier)
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication
  • Connaissances techniques en construction
