Dote(e) d'excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation, vous etes capable de gerer plusieurs projets simultanement tout en supervisant efficacement les membres de votre equipe.

Responsabilites principales :

  • Gerer plusieurs projets de construction simultanement en veillant au respect des objectifs financiers et operationnels

  • Developper et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes

  • Collaborer avec les equipes de gestion immobiliere et les parties prenantes externes pour appuyer la conception et les solutions de projet

  • Elaborer et maintenir un pipeline de projets structure et bien documente

  • Participer activement au processus budgetaire en identifiant et planifiant les projets a venir

  • Assurer la gestion proactive des projets afin de respecter les echeanciers et les attentes etablies

Exigences du poste :

  • Solide experience en gestion de projets de construction commerciale, avec capacite a gerer des projets de A a Z

  • Experience dans les projets industriels (un atout)

  • Experience averee dans la livraison de projets de moyenne a grande envergure, dans le respect des budgets et des echeanciers

  • Experience en supervision et gestion d'equipe

  • Bonne connaissance des codes du batiment, ainsi que des reglements en matiere de sante, securite et environnement

  • Maitrise des outils de gestion de projets et de suivi des couts (ex. MS Project, logiciels de suivi budgetaire, etc.)

  • Diplome en gestion de projet ou en gestion de la construction (un atout)

  • Certification PMP, P.Eng ou experience en architecture/ingenierie (souhaitee)

  • Permis de conduire valide et acces a un vehicule requis

You are a motivated Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering tenant improvement and capital improvement projects within commercial properties. You take a client-centric approach to your project delivery, ensuring to meet the client's project financial and operational objectives. With excellent communication and organizational skills, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively supervise other staff members assigned to these projects.

  • Being able to manage multiple construction projects at any given time, providing a client-centric approach, and ensuring that financial and operational objectives are met.

  • Build and manage relationships with external trades to support and manage Colliers' projects.

  • Successfully work with the Property Management team and external stakeholders to assist with design, layout and project solutions.

  • You will develop a well-organized and well-documented project pipeline, with a clear set of expectations of when and how projects are managed.

  • You work proactively with the Property Management team throughout the budget process to identify projects and organize them into a queue.

  • You develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and manage projects in accordance with clear expectations and on time.

What you'll bring

  • A strong background within commercial construction projects, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

  • Experience with Industrial projects is a strong asset.

  • A track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large-scale projects within financial and operational targets.

  • Experience directing and supervising team members to achieve project goals.

  • A strong understanding of building codes, health, safety & environmental regulations.

  • An understanding of job costing and tracking software, such as Desktop Publishing (DTP) application, MS Project, and Procure.

  • A degree in project management and construction management is an asset.

  • Prior knowledge or experience with architecture and engineering PMP certification and/or a P.ENG is desirable.

  • Valid Quebec driver's license and access to your own vehicleis required.
