Job description

Construction Laborer
Since 1946, Lehman Daman has been a trusted commercial general contractor and construction manager serving Central Ohio and surrounding states. The spaces we build help organizations grow and shape the communities we call home. Construction Laborers are responsible for general construction labor across multiple projects as scheduled.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks at construction project sites, including those involving physical labor.
  • Demonstrate the ability to safely operate a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and handling materials.
  • Support and assist other craft workers as needed.
  • Execute all responsibilities in accordance with Lehman Daman's safety program.
  • Provide support to Superintendents across multiple projects, including purchasing and picking up materials as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Possess OSHA 10 or 30 certification or be willing to obtain certification through required training.
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency with technology, including email, mobile devices, and digital photography.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and on-site customers.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of general construction practices.
  • Exhibit strong workmanship and dependability.
  • Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to construction safety requirements.
