Job description

We are hiring a dependable, hands-on Skilled Construction Laborer to help prepare vacant units for new residents. This is an ongoing, full-time role for someone with experience in one of the following trades: painting, finish work, repairs, flooring etc...

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is comfortable handling a variety of renovation and repair tasks in a fast-paced property environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform interior painting, patching, and touch-up work
  • Handle basic finish carpentry and punch-out work
  • Repair walls, doors, cabinets, trim, fixtures, and hardware
  • Install, repair, or replace flooring as needed
  • Assist with general repairs and unit refurbishing
  • Support exterior cleanup, property upkeep, and common area maintenance as needed
  • Work safely, stay organized, and maintain quality standards on every unit

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in painting, basic repairs, flooring, and finish work
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready for ongoing work
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Apartment maintenance or rental property experience is a plus
