Construction Labor Foreman (Working Foreman)

Lancaster, TX
$30–$32/hr + Overtime

Full-Time | 8–12 Hour Shifts | Weekend Work Common

We're looking for an experienced Working Foreman who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This role is for someone who can lead a crew, keep the job moving, and jump in wherever needed. If you've spent time running commercial construction projects, know how to keep a jobsite safe, and aren't the type to stand around giving orders, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a crew of construction laborers on active commercial jobsites
  • Work alongside your team to keep production moving
  • Make sure the jobsite stays safe, organized, and productive
  • Complete and review daily Pre-Task Plans (PTPs)
  • Ensure everyone is following OSHA requirements and wearing proper PPE
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily work assignments
  • Track crew hours and monitor productivity
  • Perform carpentry and general construction work as needed
  • Operate equipment when necessary
  • Communicate with superintendents, project managers, and field personnel to keep work on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Working Foreman or Construction Labor Foreman
  • Commercial or industrial construction experience
  • Strong carpentry background
  • Experience with concrete form systems is a plus
  • OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Experience leading crews and managing daily production
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Frequent weekend work as project needs require
  • 8–12+ hour shifts
  • Overtime available and expected during busy periods
