As a professional at Local Roots, responsibility and trustworthiness are central to maintain a healthy working climate. The Technician should maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the customer, with their crew, and with the management team.


Daily Tasks:

The Landscape Maintenance Technician will be responsible for working with 1-2 crew members, and equipment operation as well as ensuring that all assigned projects are well-maintained and well execute. Typical assigned jobs include but are not limited to: commercial and residential mowing, trimming, spraying/spreading of pesticides, fertilization of lawns, shrub pruning, mulching, leaf removals, plant installations, installation of river rock. It's important that jobs be carried out with attention to detail.
