Job description

Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
  • Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activities
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Must have a All PPE (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and Steel Toed Boots)
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on time

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
