Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborersย to join our expanding team in Tampa. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning skilled trades, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that completes over 1,000 fencing projects nationwide each year.

What You'll Do
  • Install commercial fencing systems including:
    • Chain link
    • Wood
    • Vinyl (PVC)
    • Aluminum
    • Temporary fencing
  • Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
  • Install rails, gates, wire, and hardware
  • Measure and layout fence lines accurately
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and augers
  • Load and unload materials safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
  • Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of construction or fence installation experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience towing or working with trucks and trailers is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor throughout the day
  • Able to work outdoors year-round
