COST of Wisconsin Inc. is seeking traveling construction laborers to work on largescale team projects at theme parks, museums, aquariums, zoos, and other cool destinations across the U.S.(Locations will vary and depend on business need.)


Job Duties

  • Perform general construction labor on active job sites throughout the U.S.
  • Assist with grading, reinforcing steel, structural work, concrete/shotcrete, plumbing, carpentry, and light equipment operation
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
  • Clean and maintain work areas; identify job site hazards
  • Follow all safety requirements, company policies, and procedures


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on construction or related labor experience required
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and work effectively with a team
  • Dependable, safetyfocused, and physically capable of meeting job expectations
  • OSHA10 (required before hire)


Preferred

  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Forklift or light equipment operation
  • Welding, concrete, or fiberglass experience


Physical & Work Requirements

  • Work outdoors in varying conditions throughout the U.S.
  • Stand for extended periods; frequent bending, lifting, dragging, climbing, pushing, pulling, and carrying
  • Lift up to 90 lbs.; push up to 100 lbs. on a cart
  • Exposure to noise, fumes, moving equipment, and typical construction environments
  • First shift, full time, with flexibility based on project demands; overtime possible
  • 7-3:30 M-F or 7-5:30 M-Th
