Description:

Dream Collaborative is looking for a Design Coordinator III. This role provides advanced support and coordination for multiple projects simultaneously. This role oversees document management processes, ensures quality control, and mentors junior staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project documentation processes, including schedules, drawings, and client deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for document distribution and version control
  • Develop and implement best practices for design coordination and file management
  • Review and edit deliverables for accuracy and compliance with project standards
  • Train and mentor Design Coordinators I and II
  • Support leadership with reporting, presentations, and high-level coordination tasks


Expertise / Experience:

  • Architectural degree required; Master’s degree preferred; 7+ years of experience
  • Currently pursuing Massachusetts architectural registration
  • Solid understanding of ADA, MAAB, FHA and other applicable Codes
  • Construction administration experience and knowledge of construction methods
  • Proficient in Revit Modeling, AutoCAD drafting skills, SketchUp, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Multifamily residential and large-scale mixed-use experience is preferred
  • Master planning experience is a plus
  • Chapter 149A experience / public work experience a plus
  • Urban redevelopment experience a plus
  • LEED Accreditation a plus
