Residential Construction Customer Service Manager

Our team is looking for a dynamic and positive leader to manage and lead our team of Quality walk specialist/ Customer Service Representatives

The Manager will be skilled with new home prep, punch list work as well as managing a team of CSR's and keeping them to company customer service and work service standards.

Our construction company focuses on developing multi-family apartments to fractional residence clubs to luxury private residential resort/club communities to primary home communities. We are in need of a dedicated Customer Service Manager who can work with our team to ensure our clients and residents are served as needed in a friendly professional manner.

Past experience in this role is a must

Duties and expectations

  • The manager will be capable of performing corrective tasks related to all residential building trades including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and more in order to observe and lead our team as well as perform constructive coaching when needed and train others as needed to perform duties properly.

  • Interact with customers and our team to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

  • Customer Service Manager will ensure that our team will provide these new buyers with assurance and peace of mind in their new homes.

  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken and ensure that all of teams.

  • The CSR manager will ensure that the team responsible and respectfully conducts home-owner walk-throughs, service requests warranty repairs, inspections, and structural/landscape alterations.

  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by coordinating with the various departments involved.

  • Process contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.

  • CSR Manager will oversee the team while they guide homeowners through presentations, delivery, and post-closing processes- working closely with all member of the team to ensure timely and comprehensive follow-up for the home-owners specifications and concerns- prioritizing and organizing lists of warrantable items to be completed- maintaining homeowner files for assigned subdivisions- administering warranty cost controls- working with construction on delivery of completed homes and scheduling/verifying work of subcontractors and subcontractors
