Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité immédiate du contrôleur de la division Construction, le technicien ou la technicienne comptable supportera l’équipe en ce qui a trait à la comptabilité et à l’administration. Son rôle sera varié et touchera notamment aux activités suivantes : facturation, analyse de projets, fin de mois et d’exercice, analyses financières. 

Comptabilité générale 

  • Effectuer les conciliations bancaires mensuelles. 

  • Comptabiliser les transactions de cartes de crédit. 

  • Assurer le suivi et la comptabilisation des dépôts de ville avec le département d’urbanisme. 

  • Préparer et soumettre les déclarations de TPS/TVQ. 

  • Effectuer les écritures de journal relatives à l'allocation des matériaux aux projets. 

  • Réaliser diverses écritures de régularisation et participer aux fermetures financières mensuelles. 

  • Participer aux travaux de vérification de fin d'année. 

  • Soutenir l'équipe financière dans la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières. 

Comptes clients et recouvrement 

  • Émettre, envoyer, enregistrer et assurer le suivi des factures clients. 

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant la facturation et les paiements. 

  • Enregistrer les encaissements et appliquer les paiements dans le système comptable. 

  • Effectuer le suivi des comptes en souffrance et coordonner les activités de recouvrement. 

  • Préparer et transmettre les documents requis pour l'obtention des paiements. 

  • Maintenir à jour les rapports de comptes à recevoir. 

  • Assurer le suivi des dépôts de garantie. 

  • Produire et analyser la facturation mensuelle des frais de marketing et Due Diligence. 

Qualifications

  • DEC en techniques administratives, option finance ou technique de comptabilité. 

  • 0 à 3 ans d'expérience de travail en comptabilité dans la gestion des comptes recevables. 

  • Expérience en construction ou gestion de projets, un atout 

  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office et du logiciel comptable Acumatica (Atout). 

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (Atout). 

  • Respect des règles d'éthique relatives à la gestion de dossiers confidentiels.
