Help Keep Our Stores Safe and Welcoming
As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you'll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers. Crossroads locations are fast-paced lively second-hand clothing retail stores where customers buy and sell their gently used fashion.
What you'll do:
You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de-escalation techniques is preferred.
