Job description

Senior Manager Of Warehouse Operations

Stadium Goods is the premier global marketplace for authentic sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles. We sit at the intersection of retail, technology, and culture, empowering a massive community of buyers and sellers. Our digital ecosystem is the optimized interface that unlocks our core supply, driving sales across our flagship site, mobile app, and integrated global marketplaces. We are a data-driven, fast-paced team that thrives on innovation and operational excellence. By mastering the full Shopify ecosystemโ€”from the front-end user experience to the complex data flow connecting channels like Tapcart, TikTok, and Walmartโ€”we ensure a seamless, world-class experience for our customers worldwide. Join us to own a critical piece of our technology stack and drive significant growth in a thriving, dynamic industry.

Warehouse & Consignment Operations

Own the end-to-end warehouse operation, including intake, authentication, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics. Oversee consignment lifecycle from product intake through listing, sale, and consignor payout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Ensure all inbound shipments are received, processed, and recorded accurately against purchase orders and inventory systems. Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Maintain strict inventory control standards, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring real-time data accuracy across systems. Establish and enforce SOPs across all warehouse and consignment processes.

Authentication, Intake & Inventory Control

Oversee authentication processes to ensure all goods meet Stadium Goods' quality and authenticity standards. Manage intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate product listing and system entry. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and system errors. Partner with Product and Tech teams to surface bugs, workflow gaps, and system improvements impacting operations.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

Lead, develop, and scale a team of warehouse supervisors, specialists, and associates. Own workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet volume demands and SLAs. Train and coach team members on operational standards, systems, and performance expectations. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Performance Management & Operational Excellence

Define, track, and report on key operational KPIs (e.g., intake speed, listing accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, inventory accuracy). Implement performance management frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of operational targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Supply teams to align intake capacity with inventory acquisition strategies. Collaborate with Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure product readiness and optimal listing quality. Work closely with Finance on payment accuracy, invoice coding, and consignor payouts. Align with Customer Experience teams to resolve consignor and customer issues quickly and effectively. Act as the central operational link between warehouse execution and broader business strategy.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or resale environments. Proven experience managing end-to-end operational workflows, including inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes. Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams. Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and process optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions. Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; proficiency in Excel or similar tools. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and execution. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
