Position Summary
The Delivery Driver, CDL B / Warehouse Associate plays a dual role critical to our daily operations. You will be the face of the company on the road-safely delivering products, picking up spent batteries, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service-while also supporting core operations within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Customer Relations
  • Deliver Excellence: Safely deliver customer orders, pick up used batteries, and maintain/replenish consignment products for clients.
  • Build "Raving Fans": Provide a high-quality customer experience that creates loyal brand promoters, obtains customer referrals, and successfully generates new sales leads.
  • Product Expertise: Stay knowledgeable on product lines to educate customers on monthly promotions and identify expanding opportunities for clients.
  • Route Planning: Plan efficient daily routes and ensure proper, accurate, and safe stocking of the delivery vehicle.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, accurate documentation of all customer transactions and coordinate regularly with your supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives.

Warehouse Operations & Logistics
  • Material Handling: Safely load/offload vehicles and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Inventory Care: Stock customer shelves, assist with battery installations, and execute various general warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Team Development: Train personnel on mastered job processes, safety techniques, and operational procedures once fully onboarded.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensing: Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: 1+ years of professional CDL driving experience with an excellent history of DOT performance compliance.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be physically strong and capable of heavy lifting (we handle heavy commercial and industrial batteries daily).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and a fast-paced work ethic.
