About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of ConnectWise platform solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven capabilities and workflow optimization. This role requires hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools to design and implement intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency and partner outcomes.

You'll work cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver data-driven, AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support partner growth.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on AI-powered features and workflow automation
  • Gather and translate customer, market, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms/tools to improve operational workflows and product capabilities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with AI-driven innovation goals
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and user experience, leveraging AI insights where applicable
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and automation
  • Represent the product with partners and stakeholders, articulating AI strategy and value
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience
  • Required: Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions, particularly in driving workflow improvements or automation
  • Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working closely with software development and data teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
