The opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and deliver our centralized Congress Hub workstream across Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where congress timelines can shift quickly.
As an Account Manager on the Congress Hub, you'll play a key role in ensuring congress activities run smoothly from planning through post-congress reporting. You'll work closely with clients and internal partners while managing timelines, materials, and finances to support successful congress execution.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role responsibilities
  • Support the delivery and day-to-day management of the Congress Hub workstream across Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience.
  • Collaborate with and support an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive contributing to the congress hub.
  • Participate in and support client congress hub kickoff calls and ongoing status calls.
  • Manage congress hub financial tasks, including processing invoices, preparing budgets, and maintaining monthly forecasts.
  • Assist with the preparation of post-congress metrics summaries.
  • Partner with digital and editorial teams to coordinate congress-related materials.
  • Collect, review, and QC materials prior to posting to the congress hub.
  • Track congress deadlines and ensure deliverables align with published submission and disposition dates, in addition to other key congress dates.
  • Investigate copyright and embargoes to ensure compliance with company and congress guidance
  • Responsible for creative thinking and trouble shooting emergencies under tight timelines
  • Ensure proper resourcing across client solutions, digital, and editorial teams to successfully meet deadlines
  • Responsible for bringing new and innovative ideas to the client to help maintain them at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Skills & expertise
  • Prior experience supporting publications and congress-related work; familiarity with congress key dates, materials, compliance, embargoes, and copyright is required.
  • Strong budget and financial management experience, including invoicing and forecasting using advanced technological platforms.
  • Client-facing experience with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Experience with digital websites and the use of QR codes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Savvy with technology; resourceful and adaptable.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines; skilled at being able to quickly pivot and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
