Job Summary:
Conflicts Counsel is responsible for management of the Conflicts Department. In addition, Conflicts Counsel provides legal advice to attorneys regarding conflicts issues that come up prior to work starting. The Conflicts Counsel refers conflict issues that come up during the course of a matter to the General, Deputy, or Associate in the OGC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train/onboard new members of the Conflicts team.

Educational Requirements
For Colorado, Washington, California, Illinois and New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $175,000 and$190,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
