JOB OVERVIEW:
We are a forward-thinking leader in the commercial construction industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence in every project. Our client company is committed to fostering a dynamic work environment where technology and talent converge to deliver outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking experienced and visionary BIM/VDC Engineers—at senior, mid, and junior levels—to work in our client's Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.
These roles require varying levels of expertise: seniors need strong leadership and strategic insight, mid-level engineers should have solid technical knowledge and project experience, while junior positions focus on technical foundations and learning. Successful candidates will have relevant commercial construction experience and demonstrate the ability to work with advanced technologies for efficient project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Team Management:
    • Inspire, lead, and manage a team of VDC Engineers.

  • Strategic and Hands-On VDC/BIM Experience:
