Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and employee development. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have prior HR management experience, preferably within the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Coordinate employee training, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR records.
  • Support payroll and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
