Your work directly supports engineering efficiency, change management, and product integrity-making you a trusted partner to engineers and a key contributor to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
You'll own and improve how engineering information is managed across systems, documentation, and processes.
Key contributions include:
  • Manage, maintain, and improve engineering documents and data within the KEB ERP system
  • Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material records
  • Ensure accurate tracking and updates of material status throughout the lifecycle
  • Define, analyze, and implement engineering changes using formal change management practices
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve core engineering processes
  • Develop, update, and maintain the Engineering Handbook as a living resource
  • Organize and manage technical information, including engineering tasks and notification lists
  • Partner closely with engineering team members to support accuracy, clarity, and efficiency
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Support additional engineering-related initiatives as business needs evolve
  • This role has room to shape processes-not just follow them

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of configuration management experience

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Basic math skills (standard and metric)
  • Basic SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
  • Working knowledge of ANSI/EIA-649-B Configuration Management standards (we can train if you do not have this background)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
