Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of SOC Analyst II for a Cloud and Technology company located in Morrisville, NC. The SOC Analyst II focus on Tier 2 security Monitoring along with hands-on experience utilizing Splunk and AWS. The SOC Analyst II requires time in-office 2 days per week in Morrisville, NC. Responsibilities of the SOC Analyst II Include: * Analyze and respond to security alerts.
* Preform incident investigations and escalate as needed.
* Monitor and secure AWS environments.
* Use Tenable, defender, and AWS for vulnerability and configuration management. Qualifications for the SOC Analyst II Include: * Must have secret Clearence * Proficient in Splunk, including but not limited to reviewing, analyzing, and reacting to alerts
* AWS experience and cloud security * Tier 2 Skills Compensation for the SOC Analyst II include: * $108,000-$125,000
