Job Description

Our client is seeking a CMDB Developer to support the accuracy, health, and ongoing maturity of its ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will focus on improving data quality through CI remediation, CMDB health analysis, ServiceNow Discovery optimization, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Configuration Items, troubleshooting CMDB data issues, eliminating duplicate and stale records, and ensuring compliance with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards. Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and ServiceNow platform teams, this individual will validate integrations, improve Discovery performance, maintain CI relationships and ownership data, and drive initiatives that enable reliable change management, incident management, service mapping, and other ITSM/ITOM processes. Strong analytical skills, ServiceNow administration experience, and a passion for data integrity are essential for success in this role.
