What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking an Associate Configuration Specialist - Associate to join our awesome Business Services Team in Raleigh (hybrid) or a remote location. The Configuration Specialist provides implementation and configuration services to our Implementation Specialists, as well as offering support to other teams and custom project requests for our customers.
What will I do as an Associate Configuration Specialist at SoftPro?
  • Work closely with the Implementation Specialists to ensure proper configuration, setup and testing assistance of our SoftPro Select platform
  • Provide product demonstrations and overviews of many of our ancillary products and services
  • Gather requirements, estimate level of efforts, work up statements of work and meet project deadlines and manage custom project requests
  • Possess thorough understanding of the SoftPro Suite of products and the tools available for setting up the various modules and applications
  • Communicate effectively with the Implementation Specialists, BSG Managers, Customers and other team members on all projects you are involved with
  • Maintain up to date documentation on project status and deliverables
  • Assist with creating and maintaining process documentation as well as customer facing handouts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What will I need to be successful as an Associate Configuration Specialist at SoftPro?
  • 4+ years’ experience in the real estate closing industry is a must, including escrow/closings
  • Extensive SoftPro Select knowledge and experience required, as is intimate knowledge and understanding of formulas and Python coding
  • Exceptional project and time management, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior project management experience is a plus
  • 10% US travel required
