Job description

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Hampton, Virginia.

We operate in a premium automotive environment and are looking for a proven sales leader who understands structure, accountability, and the expectations of a high-end clientele. German luxury experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong performance backgrounds in other luxury or high-volume automotive brands (Lexus, Land Rover, premium domestic brands, etc.) are encouraged to apply. We value leadership, discipline, and results over badges.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will lead daily sales operations, drive performance metrics, coach and develop sales consultants, and maintain a structured and accountable sales culture. This role requires a leader who can balance gross retention, customer satisfaction, and consistent volume performance.

Key Responsibilities
