About the Role

Provides courteous and efficient service to both clients and staff for conference services. Coordinates with local offices for daily requirements, office specific needs and updates in the Conference Services Software. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and support meetings across multiple US offices
  • Manage catering logistics, partner with vendors, and ensure smooth event execution
  • Collaborate with IT, facilities, and other teams to meet meeting and event needs
  • Monitor daily conference schedules and proactively resolve conflicts or last-minute changes
  • Review event-related invoices and track reporting metrics as needed
  • Review reports and attend daily and weekly meetings with events operational team
  • Keep current on US office changes that impact Conference Services
  • Support continuous improvement of conference services processes and standards
  • Provide occasional on-call support for urgent meeting requests
