Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator serves as the face of the company and plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for employees, customers, and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional, and operationally excellent workplace by supporting daily office operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing workplace services, and ensuring the headquarters is prepared to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
• Support daily operations of GDT HQ, ensuring office spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for business.
• Operate the company's full-service coffee bar on a rotating schedule, preparing specialty beverages while maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Coordinate office supply inventories and replenish workplace resources as needed.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to support workplace services and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room reservations, catering, room setup and breakdown, and support executive meetings, customer visits, company events, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support, including managing incoming communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, completing data entry, and supporting special projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and service delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a hospitality-first mindset while supporting employees, customers, and executive leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
