A day in the life.

As a Catering & Conference Services Manager, you sell about 60% of the time. Your primary sales focus is to further cultivate and develop the social, wedding and corporate markets with an annual quota of $750K. The remaining 40% is dedicated servicing your catering groups and administrative tasks.


To be successful in the Catering & Conference Services Manager position, you:
