Position Overview

Swift Therapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for our full-time position based in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. The therapeutic environment is designed to promote healing and recovery, equipped with the latest technology and research-backed treatment modalities. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage with fellow healthcare professionals committed to enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations to assess patients’ physical capabilities, disabilities, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, ensuring to set measurable goals for recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to administer therapeutic interventions, leveraging modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and collaboration with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Engage in patient discharge planning, ensuring effective follow-up care procedures and continuity of treatment post-discharge.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and care.
• Stay compliant with all corporate and clinical training requirements as well as state, local, and federal regulations.
• Share knowledge and expertise by mentoring newer staff and participating in training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals dealing with chronic orthopedic conditions. Our goal is to empower every patient to achieve optimal physical function and quality of life through personalized, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) earned from an accredited educational institution.
• A current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing various orthopedic conditions.
• A valid CPR certification to ensure patient safety and optimal emergency response readiness.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific treatment modalities such as dry needling, ultrasound therapy, or other advanced techniques can be advantageous.
• Previous engagement in clinical programs promoting patient wellness and physical fitness is highly sought after.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
