We're looking for a Janitorial, Manager to lead our Environmental Excellence program across our Fredericksburg-area facilities. This leader will establish high standards for cleanliness, organization, and workplace presentation while building a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement. What You'll DoEnvironmental Excellence & Standards
  • Establish and maintain consistent standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all non-production areas, including offices, breakrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entryways.
  • Ensure Environmental Excellence standards are consistently executed across multiple Bell & Evans facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to verify compliance with established expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve area-specific cleaning standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Environmental Services Supervisors and Environmental Technicians across multiple locations.
  • Create a culture built on ownership, accountability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining exceptional workplace environments.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure consistency in execution and service standards.
Operational Execution
  • Ensure all assigned areas are maintained according to daily, weekly, and deep-clean schedules.
  • Implement and manage inspection systems that document results, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including inspection scores, compliance rates, and service quality metrics.
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, equipment readiness, and vendor coordination to support daily operations.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, Maintenance, and facility leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and professional workplace.
  • Respond promptly to facility concerns and implement effective solutions that enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensure facilities remain visitor-ready for customer tours, leadership meetings, and audits.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and elevate facility presentation across all locations.
  • Drive consistency by aligning Environmental Services practices across the organization.
  • Utilize employee and leadership feedback to continuously enhance workplace appearance and functionality.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of supervisory or management experience in facilities, environmental services, housekeeping, janitorial operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a standards-driven environment.
  • Experience developing SOPs, inspection programs, checklists, and accountability systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional workplace standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing Environmental Services across multiple facilities or locations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience utilizing inspection systems, KPI dashboards, performance scorecards, or quality management tools.
