Description
Metropolitan Management Group is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to Corporate Operations Team, including the Vice President and the Executive Vice President of Operations. This position reports to the Operations Support Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administrative needs of the Corporate Operations team lead by the Operations Support Manager
  • Support administrative needs of the Vice President and Executive Vice President of Operations
  • Provide additional administrative support to Owner and other Executives if needed
  • Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate person; check and respond to emails daily; check voicemails for executives as requested
  • Schedule meetings and trainings as needed
  • Run errands when needed
  • Assist with ordering/obtaining/distributing lunch for Executives daily
  • Clean up following meals, lunches and take out trash when needed
  • Facilitate, coordinate and plan company event/meetings with event committee monthly
  • Maintain clean and organized meeting rooms (conference rooms, training room) and work spaces (desks by printer, in lobby area, etc.); Sanitize conference rooms and training room
  • Load printers with paper daily
  • Ensure all filing is completed timely and maintain in organized fashion
  • Support Operations with sending court documents to appropriate people, creating training manuals for new hires in Operations, responding to attorney general complaints, managing the incident reports/log, invoicing, and preparing the BRD P&Ls for EVP of Operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, calendar, work, excel)

  • Ability to stay on task while multi-tasking
  • HS Diploma
  • 1-2yrs experience in administrative role
  • Must have valid driver's license and own transportation
