Job Summary
The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member institution which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of the women's lacrosse program including recruitment of prospective student athletes, academic success of student athletes, game preparation and strategy, supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling, organizing camps and clinics in support of Kutztown Athletics, fundraising, adherence to NCAA rules and regulations, and general administrative duties. In addition, the Head Coach will be responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of the University and its Intercollegiate Athletics program as well as adherence to Departmental, University, Conference and NCAA policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of three years coaching experience at the collegiate level
  • Experience recruiting collegiate athletes
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules

Preferred Qualifications
  • Coaching and recruiting experience at the NCAA DII level
