How Youll Make An Impact
Lead the maintenance and continuous growth of current meeting/catering accounts. You'll work directly with events on food & beverage, floor plans, audio visual and any additional event needs.
Client Coordination & Communication
  • Contact clients to review all event details and ensure the smooth execution of contracted programs, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), food and beverage arrangements, meeting needs, and deliveries
  • Meet and greet clients upon arrival and lead pre-conference meetings or informal reviews
  • Conduct site inspections as needed to support planning and client decision-making
Event Planning & Documentation
  • Create BEOs and floor plans for client review and approval
  • Generate BEOs for internal teams and lead weekly BEO meetings to align all departments
Team Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with the culinary team, banquet staff, and audiovisual team to confirm all client requirements can be met or to develop suitable alternatives
  • Oversee the overall setup and implementation of events and meetings, ensuring consistency with client expectations
  • Manage last-minute changes or add-ons with the team and generate the final bill post-event
