Job description

Perkins & Anctil, P.C., a dynamic Westford law office, is looking to complement its current team with a talented junior or mid-level litigation associate. The ideal candidate would have broad experience with a variety of practice areas, including civil litigation and general real estate matters. We are looking for a committed and versatile self-starter who is unafraid to take on considerable responsibility and new challenges from day one. As a member of the team, you would be expected to deliver on the company’s mission of consistently “exceeding client expectations.”

Professionalism and first-rate communication/writing skills, as well as the ability to manage a wide variety of cases simultaneously, are a must. Court experience is highly preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to expand their practice and knowledge at an industry-recognized community association law practice. Requirements:

•       Juris Doctorate and admission to Massachusetts Bar required (dual MA/NH Bar admission preferred)

•       3-7 years of experience in civil litigation matters.

•       3-7 years of experience in general real estate matters.

•       Superior academic credentials.

•       Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.

•       Ability to attend hearings in the Superior, District, Housing and Land Courts regularly and with minimal advance notice.
