Job description

Job Summary
We seek a positive, friendly Front Desk Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our Condominium association owners, tenants, and guests. The  Customer Service Representative will assist with work order processing, issuing car passes, receiving monthly fees, opening mail, and filing. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with other staff members and answering and directing phone inquiries promptly and accurately. The Customer Service Representative must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide a professional and exceptional customer service experience.  

Responsibilities
  • Learn and assist with the operations and activities of the condominium association
  • Take work orders and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Build rapport with the owners, renters, guests, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with Certificates of insurance
  • Data Entry of Work Orders in Pilera Software
Qualifications 
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Familiarity with Association and Lifestyle industry standards
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • Able to lift 30 pounds
