Job description

Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is looking for a Part-Time Doorman/Concierge to work at a luxury high-rise condominium on Massachusetts Avenue, NW, DC. Successful candidates will be reliable and have a professional demeanor.

  • Schedule:   Thursday–Friday: Doorman, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. 

                                Sunday: Concierge, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Key Responsibilities:    
  • Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, courteous demeanor.
  • Open doors, escort individuals, and assist with transportation needs.
  • Handle packages, groceries, and luggage deliveries (must be able to lift 25–50 lbs).
  • Monitor building access, log incoming packages, and maintain logs via Condo Control.
  • Maintain organization of package room/ mail system.
  • Respond to resident requests and emergencies professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure safety and security by monitoring surveillance and reporting concerns.
  • Qualifications:      
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor. 2 button down shirts, a sport coat and pants will be provided as a uniform.
  • Ability to be on time and flexible with breaks as needed.
