Condominium is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Concierge. The ideal candidate will provide welcoming and attentive service to residents and guests while supporting the security and daily operations of the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Monitor building entry and assist with guest sign-in procedures
  • Answer resident questions and provide general assistance
  • Receive and manage packages and deliveries
  • Monitor the front desk and common areas for safety or security concerns
  • Promptly communicate building-related issues to management and appropriate staff
  • Maintain a professional, attentive, and welcoming front desk presence

Qualifications:
