About the Position 


Beacon Community Management is seeking a Full-Time Concierge to join the team at a well-maintained mid-rise condominium community in Atlanta's 30308 area.This 78-residence condominium is looking for a professional, personable, and service-oriented individual who will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge will play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for residents while helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the building run smoothly.The ideal candidate understands that concierge service is about more than sitting behind a desk. This individual should take pride in knowing the residents, anticipating their needs, maintaining a professional presence, and providing exceptional customer service. 


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, visitors, and vendors entering the building.
  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence at the front desk and building entrance.
  • Monitor and control access to the building in accordance with established community procedures.
  • Assist residents and guests with general questions, directions, and building-related requests.
  • Receive and coordinate deliveries, packages, and other items for residents.
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitors, vendors, deliveries, and other building activity as required.
  • Notify residents of guests, deliveries, service providers, and other arrivals.
  • Coordinate access for vendors, contractors, movers, and other authorized personnel.
  • Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures and building requirements.
  • Monitor common areas and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the appropriate party.
  • Communicate building maintenance issues and resident concerns to Beacon Community Management and/or the appropriate building representative.
  • Assist with amenity reservations, access, and general resident requests as needed.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment.
  • Handle resident concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling resident information and building matters.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents and become familiar with the needs and expectations of the community.
  • Assist with emergency situations by following established building procedures and contacting the appropriate emergency personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain professional communication with Beacon Community Management, association leadership, vendors, contractors, and residents.
  • Perform other building and concierge-related duties as assigned.

  • Previous experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, property management, or customer service is preferred.
