Job Description The Campaign Specialist supports Condé Nast's social and branded content business across multiple advertising categories including Fashion, Beauty, CPG, B2B/Tech, and Home. The role builds and optimizes campaigns, surfaces learnings, and resolves issues with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate demonstrates clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage optimization of campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites. Build campaigns in a timely manner to enable seamless launches. Provide internal stakeholders with campaign analyses to surface actionable insights for sales and planning. Analyze audience data, historical ad performance, and industry trends to inform recommendations and decisions. Deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign recaps outlining success metrics and opportunities for scale or future growth. Troubleshoot campaign and account issues and resolve them efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns. Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology, and platforms. Exceptional written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Platform experience in Meta and TikTok.
