What you will be doing

       Deliver exceptional, personalized service by welcoming guests warmly and anticipating needs to create memorable experiences.

       Arrange and coordinate guest services, including dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, tours, special events, and other local experiences.

       Provide expert recommendations on local restaurants, attractions, cultural events, and entertainment tailored to guest interests.

       Support Front Desk operations as needed, including guest inquiries, reservations, check-in/check-out assistance, and billing questions.

       Manage VIP guest experiences by coordinating special requests, preferences, amenities, and recognition opportunities across departments.

       Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring a seamless and exceptional stay experience.

       Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and internal departments to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.

       Promote and lead the hotel's signature Art Tour Program while sharing the property's history, artwork, and traditions to enrich the guest experience.

Position Requirements

       Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

       Exceptional guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable guest experiences.

       Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, with the capacity to independently resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.

       Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

       Knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Desk procedures, reservations, billing, and guest services, or the ability to quickly learn operational processes.

       Knowledge of Milwaukee's restaurants, attractions, entertainment, and local events preferred; enthusiasm for local history, art, and culture strongly desired.

       Proficiency with hotel technology systems, including Opera Property Management System and standard computer applications, preferred.

       Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
