Service Concierge
Position Summary
The Service Concierge is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the dealership's service process. This position welcomes service customers, coordinates vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, communicates service updates, and ensures customers receive clear and professional assistance from check-in through completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers arriving for vehicle service appointments.
  • Coordinate customer check-in and vehicle drop-off procedures.
  • Verify customer and vehicle information and document service concerns.
  • Communicate customer needs clearly to Service Advisors and technicians..
  • Assist with loaner vehicles, transportation arrangements, and customer waiting areas as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is handled professionally.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service department.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and dealership service retention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Service Management.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
