The On boarding Concierge service provides a single point of contact for on boarding a new Technology Employee thereby enabling both hiring leaders and new employees to focus on core development activities.ย
The On boarding Case Managers will coordinate the following:ย
1. Provide first contact and be the face of Amex to new hires after offer acceptanceย
2. Manage ITSC and Ariba requests for new equipmentย
3. Oversee ordering IDsย
4. Collaborate on laptop configuration & installation
5. Address any questions from new employees regarding American Express including benefits, payroll, development tools, etc.ย
Requirements for On boarding Concierge Contractors:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsย
High degree of collaboration and partnershipย
Ability to analyze complex issues and resolve issues lacking clear ownershipย
Strong customer service mindset with ability to remain poised through challenging situationsย
Excellent project management documentation, tracking, and follow-up skillsย
Knowledge of American Express tools and knowledge of Technology tools a plusย
Background in technology/engineering to be able to interpret/anticipate needsย
Process improvement experience and ability to drive and measure improvementย
Strategic ability to recommend/change process to maximize value to Amexย
Ability to think broadly and participate in creating a unique service for American Express employees
