As an Esthetician, you're not just providing services - you're helping residents and clients feel confident, cared for, and truly seen. Your work supports relaxation, comfort, and whole-person wellness, creating meaningful moments that brighten someone's day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional esthetic services that support client wellbeing
  • Collaborate with team members that promote whole-person wellness
  • travel between buildings on campus to provide services in different settings
  • Assist with marketing efforts related to esthetic and wellness services
  • Participate in team meetings, support calls, and connect with resources as needed
  • Communicate supply needs to your manager
  • Manage scheduling needs by checking voicemail and returning calls
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment
  • Sanitize equipment and follow proper hygiene standards
  • Keep accurate records of client history, assessments. treatment plans, and progress
  • Process payments accurately
  • Complete laundry tasks as needed

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • State issued Esthetics license is required
  • State issued Licensed Massage Therapist license desired, but not required
  • One-year related experience
  • Experience working with older adults or equivalent knowledge
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
