Concert & Large-Scale Event Professional | $25–$35/hr | Rolling Hills Casino – Corning, CA

At Precision Private Security, we’re assembling a select team of elite personnel to support some of the most prominent entertainment events in Northern California—and we’re hiring now.

This isn’t casual crowd work. We’re talking about high-attendance concerts and premium productions at Rolling Hills Casino, where our presence is trusted to ensure the experience runs smooth, secure, and professional from start to finish.

• $25$35/hr based on assignment and scope
• Premier venue assignments—not your average security detail

You’ll Be the Person Who:
• Maintains control at the front gates with professional guest screening
• Oversees crowd flow, watching for disruptions and maintaining safe movement zones
• Intervenes calmly and confidently in highstress or fastmoving situations
• Works shouldertoshoulder with venue coordinators, supervisors, and law enforcement when necessary
• Stays visible, alert, and approachable throughout the duration of the event
• Assists with controlled postshow egress and secure site shutdown
• Completes clear and professional reports when incidents occur
The Ideal Candidate Has:
• A valid California Guard Card, current and in good standing
• Polished communication skills and confident interpersonal presence
• The ability to remain alert in fastpaced, highvolume environments
• Physical stamina to be on foot, outdoors or indoors, for extended periods
• Professional grooming and a clean, pressed uniform presence
• 21+ years of age and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in highvolume concert, venue, or festival operations
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, or AED
• Crowd management, access control, or emergency response experience
• Military, law enforcement, or VIP detail background
• Bilingual (especially English/Spanish)

• Assignments tied to the concert and event calendar at Rolling Hills Casino
• Variable scheduling with frequent latenight and weekend shifts
• Pay ranges $25.00$35.00/hr, determined by duties and scope of work
• High visibility in a uniformed post—expect to be seen, respected, and relied on

Initial Training (Before Applying)☐ Complete 8-hour BSIS-certified training course:

☐ Appropriate Use of Force (5 hours, must be in-person)

Application & Background Check

☐ Submit Live Scan fingerprint background check (DOJ & FBI)

☐ Pay BSIS application fee (~$50–$60)

First-Year Required Training (Post-Approval)☐ Complete additional 32 hours of BSIS-mandated training:☐ 16 hours within first 30 days:

☐ Observation & Documentation – 4 hrs

Annual Continuing Education

☐ Complete 8-hour refresher course annually

Additional Requirements

☐ Must be at least 18 years old

☐ Cannot begin work until Guard Card is approved OR you have BSIS approval screen-print with photo ID
