Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Fort Worth, Texas.

Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Nights

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Progressive Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4–5:1
  • Serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed, overseeing unit operations and staff coordination
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech EMR
  • Float to other PCU and Med/Surg units as required
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PCTs and HUCs to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of PCU experience with demonstrated PCU skill competency
  • Charge nurse experience required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Proficiency or ability to work with Meditech EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Neuro competency or prior experience in a Neuro PCU setting
  • Familiarity with a 19-bed progressive care environment
