Job description

This position requires Top Secret clearance.
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Computer Systems Security Associate Leader to oversee all COMSEC activities for a geographic/functional region in support of critical program needs. This role ensures the protection of classified information in support of National Security programs as well as enables reliable and trusted communications over commercial networks.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct all COMSEC activities for a geographic/functional region, coordinating with local command structures and executing approved COMSEC plans while adapting to local operational constraints.
- Provide daily guidance to COMSEC Account Managers and Alternates, create personnel assignments, and verify completion of required training and documentation.
- Conduct and oversee spotchecks/inspections to ensure proper material handling, safecombination security, and full compliance with all applicable NSA and customer requirements.
- Maintain 100% accountability of classified and unclassified COMSEC Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCIs); track receipt, issue, storage, transfer, destruction, and enforce combinationchange policy. Perform semiannual inventories in accordance with NSA and customer policy.
- Disseminate, inventory, order, receive, process, wrap, mark, and destroy COMSEC keying material and related documents through authorized channels; manage common fill devices (SKLs) and CCI equipment configuration, loading, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate COMSEC records, enter/extract data in the DIAS/KMI system for all physical and electronic transactions, and promptly report incidents or irregularities to leadership per CNSSI4003/NSA guidelines.
- Perform courier duties and adhere to all NSA and customerspecific security procedures for handling, transporting, and safeguarding COMSEC material.
- Provide tailored COMSEC support to meet program needs, analyze and document encryptiondevice audit results for user compliance, and conduct user training, briefings, acknowledgment forms, and turnover debriefings.
