Job description

Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).
  • Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
  • Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.
  • Process store gift certificates.
  • Verify and reconcile store and other related reports.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Equivalent experience and bookkeeping knowledge a plus, BUT not required. H Mart provides an extensive training program; candidates with basic office experience will be considered.
  • 4-5 years experience working in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
  • Comfortable navigating basic computer software (training for specific business software will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with computerized accounting or ERP systems (such as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus BUT not required.
  • Must speak, read, and write Korean; basic English comprehension required.
