We're looking for a Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and continuing to build their technical skill set in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician at TWB, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. You will:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility
  • Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including PLC-related troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical prints
  • Complete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction
  • Accurately and timely document work in the maintenance management system
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

We're looking for a self-motivated, safety-focused problem solver who takes pride in their work. Ideal qualifications include:

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical background with PLC experience and the ability to read ladder logic
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing
  • Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints
  • Solid computer and workbench skills
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
  • 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Preferred but not required:

  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience with lockout/tagout, confined space, fall protection, and PPE protocols
