Job description

Mig/Tig Welder
Pay Range: $24-$27/hour Based on experience.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Mig/Tig Welder for our client to start as soon as possible at $24-$27/hr Based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Essential Functions:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work procedures.
• Ability to produce quality parts that meet company/customer specifications.
• Record daily production and scrap in ERP system.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings.
• Ability to follow daily schedules and meet production goals.
• Follow industry and company policies, procedures, and safety standards always.
• Effectively communicates any issues affecting production to the team lead or supervisor
• Perform physical activities include lifting, stooping, twisting, and bending on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Set up and adjust Mig/Tig welders for various welding applications.
• Install and repair various welding equipment and components
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Have basic math skills, i.e., be able to count, subtract, multiply and divide
• Have basic computer skills
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Be able to lift up-to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up-to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to read and understand welding symbols.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Great attention to detail.
• Great Attitude, Energy, Effort, and Attendance.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Mig/Tig welding experience in a manufacturing company

An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
