Job description

Laser Operator
Pay Range: $25/hour *based on experience.
1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime as needed.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Laser Operator for our client to start as soon as possible at $25/hr *based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Essential Functions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work procedures.
  • Ability to produce quality parts that meet company/customer specifications
  • Record daily production and scrap in ERP system.
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings.
  • Ability to follow daily schedules and meet production goals.
  • Follow industry and company policies, procedures and safety standards at all times.
  • Effectively communicates any issues affecting production to the team lead or supervisor
  • Perform physical activities include lifting, stooping, twisting and bending on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Perform adjustments on laser as needed.
  • Perform required preventative maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Have strong math skills, including fractions and decimals
  • Possess mechanical aptitude required for assisting in tool replacements
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
  • Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency with hand tools.
  • Able to communicate well with others.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Great Attitude, Energy, Effort, and Attendance

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years' Laser experience in a manufacturing company.
